Haven't really used the app yet, so I'll update this in a few weeks. But their customer service is first-rate. I was having troubles getting connected. It took several emails back and forth to solve the problem. Their persistence and their continual communication made what could have been a truly frustrating experience very pleasant. I am deeply impressed.

What good is an app if it won't let you log in? I know what my consultant login information is. The app claims it's "invalid". Um.... nope! It's certain not. Thanks, but no, thanks. #uninstalled

This app will not take my login for my business site. Tells me to use "user ID", not my email! My email is my user ID!

Won't allow me to log on. It said that my login info was invalid. Went through the process of changing my login info through my company, and now it just says no internet connection and I have connection, obviously. Tried stopping the app, restarting my phone, uninstalling/reinstalling the app 3x before giving up. Bummer, could have been helpful.
