So, citizens in Springfield can no longer use the website or call to report potholes or other dangerous road issues in Springfield. Now they need this app, which doesn't work for reporting potholes. Forces me to create an account (to report a pothole). Then it won't let me zoom in on the spot where the potholes are (screen freaks out and has to refresh itself, then says it can't report for that spot). Then it won't save my description. It's just a bad idea.

Not worth installing Instead of installing this app, just Google what you need. It'll be faster and more efficient.
