Worst app, worst service. Why don't you clarify in the app only that you will not be travelling 20 km for 1 shirt? If you are not fulfilling a customer need, why are you taking charges? After taking money, you are saying that more clothes need to be added. Why? My requirement is to wash 1 shirt. Why should I give 4? Got myself into huge problem today. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with your services. Worst.

Late pickup and expect you to make multiple bookings for wash and fold and for ironing. Clothes are charged by piece and not per kg as they advertise.
