If you plan to drive long distances or over a day it will be cheaper with a car rental agency, but it's a great solution for just a few hours and small distances. My problem with the app is that in order to see a detailed recipe of past rides (i.e. the breakdown of the sum total) you must download a PDF each time which is annoying and a bad user experience. I don't understand why you can't show it within the app.

The app is good, but the service is excellent! Tech support is extremely friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my ride very much, thank you! One request: please add a "dirty car report" along with "damages report", it can be really helpful and clear that you can assist in changing the car if it's dirty.

If you can, please use any other car service but this one. If you have any issues be prepared to get the worst service ever. Extremely unprofessional staff, total lack of communication, and they charged me for many things that they shouldn't have. 2 times the car broke down, and they still charged me for everything. This service is horrible and border-line illegal.
