The Gourmet app is very good once you understand the password for the app is not the same as their website. If you have had the app previously either use your previous app password or reset it. In the app you can then add your new membership details. Your actual digital card will only display once you pick an eating place and choose to use it. Customer service is very helpful.

I received a membership number and was prompted to activate my card through the app. However, that is not an option in the app! A waste of Lloyds benefit.

At least it seems to be working for me but the search facility for a specific town simply doesn't work at all. I have to bring up the location where I am and then drag the map to the area I want to do the search on. It also lists restaurants that closed years ago. Thankfully my wife has the Meerkat app, and we generally use that as it works well.

Doesn't work. Membership card is nowhere to be seen in the app. Every restaurant I click on says location ffffffgggggg like it's not displaying properly. Restaurant refused to honor the discount.

Doesn't work. Won't recognize log in details. Very poor indeed. Rang Lloyd's. They will send you a card instead.
