Description
GovPilot is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of government management software to local governments (Municipalities and Counties) across the United States and Canada.
GovPilot's Report-a-Concern feature and associated GovAlert mobile app is intended for reporting ONLY non-emergency concerns such as a pothole, a fallen street sign or code enforcement violation.
If you are experiencing an active life threatening emergency requiring first responders (Police, Fire, EMS) please dial 911 immediately.
GovAlert empowers you to voice your concerns to government officials in the time it takes to send a text. Simply snap a picture of a pothole, litter, or other non-emergency and add a few words to describe the situation. Hit submit and the concern is sent to local government, as determined by your device’s location settings.
This technology includes the digital transformation of operational and service based processes, as well as a public facing mobile application called GovAlert. GovPilot does NOT in any way serve as an official representative of any government entity that it contracts with.
Recent changes: Fixed search dropdown being obscured by version and disclaimer text on the Report a Concern screen.

PERFECT APP FOR NON-EMERGENCY CONCERNS No matter where I am, I only need this ONE app to report any concerns to the local town or county. It's fast, easy, and keeps me up to date on all status changes.
★★★★★Besmir Alia· Nov 17, 2016
Super easy and intuitive. Love to see the local government in action.

This app does absolutely nothing. All reports, after looked at come back with a confirmation email that shows the wrong address. I believe this app is only mining for user data i.e. Emails, phone number, and names. Don't install no one actually does anything when you report an issue. You receive an email notification that your report has been closed after taking no action.

I like using but when it says, you will get an email confirmation I am receiving NO CONFIRMATION In my AOL. I am Receiving All other emails from other people. Can someone check the App?

Type in one street, and it keeps switching to a completely different street. Ridiculous

Unable to click on "Report A Concern" at the bottom because the 3 Android buttons/tray along the bottom cover up the app button?!

This app is not even getting address correct. Totally wrong in my neighborhood.
