★★★★★ This app is pretty cool if you need to know where bus stops are, when the bus will be showing up, need to be reminded when to head to the bus stop, see where the bus is on the live map, and get important service announcements like stop closures.

★★★★★ I don't know what serpent Empire was looking for in an app to track Ventura County buses, but I downloaded it, and it tracks all the Ventura County buses I cared to look up. That includes the one I'm writing this review on, so I know it's accurate. That review sucks. This app is everything I ever wanted in an app to track Ventura County buses.

★★★★★ I like riding the bus drivers are awesome. And you meet alot people and that's fun for me. I recommend the people who have cars try riding the bus. If it wasn't for them, I would be stuck at home.

★★☆☆☆ When I select the VTC Ventura Transit Center stop, it brings up all these InterCity bus routes that I never ride. I wish I could choose to see only the Gold Coast Transit routes. Also, it would be great if the routes were in numerical order. It's hard to navigate through all that in real time when rushing to find the right bus before it leaves.

★★☆☆☆ I rarely take public transportation so when I do, I am always so confused how to navigate routes. This stop had a sign saying it was off route & when the bus came I couldn't use my tap like LA county. I shouldn't have even had to pay for the fair but the nasty woman riding the bus kept telling I'm holding up her route and didn't tell me that, so a student was nice enough to cover me. Then after the bus is moving she tells me to install this app for next time. The app wouldn't even load right.

★★☆☆☆ The app is completely unreliable. It never provides the correct time. It will list only the following bus to come not the present one. One always has to check the actual schedule to gauge when the bus will arrive. It will predict a bus will arrive in 20 minutes, but it actually arrives sooner than that.
