This guy doing scam with all of us,,,,I took subscription from the very beginning when the app 1st launched. He ensures that there will be only one time/single payment but after some days he blocks the app access tell subscribers to give additional 6 month/yearly charges.I try to contact several times on the help line, but there was no respone, i also call his personal number, but his one of the family member tell me that the guy left the country and go England. He did a big scam with the dr. Group
