You need a photo, and if you check the box with a microchip, it doesn't save. You need to put the number in. So, to save your pets profile, you need a photo and do not check the microchip box unless you have the number inputted. Also, the HELP button in the app doesn't work... otherwise, it's a decent, user-friendly app, and I'm excited to see what more it can bring in the future.

Best Pet Identification Tool Available My pets all have GPC tags. The app is user-friendly and my pets have personalized profiles attached to my account. It's easy to update their information from my phone and if someone scans their tags I get a notification and their location sent to me. This app is a game changer for pet identification and peace of mind for pet owners.

Unable to add photo of my pet and cannot complete the pet registration. When I click the camera logo it gives me the option to upload or take a picture with my camera. From there when I try to make a selection it doesn't do anything.

Bought this tag to use for my dog. The tag itself is fine but for some reason the app won't let me add a photo for my dog's profile which means it won't let me save the profile which makes the tag useless. Not sure why but the app not working means I wasted the money on the tag.
