I like the application. But it seems to me that GPS position is not read frequently enough. For instance, I see that many times alarm is activated only if I come to some target location and stand there for 5 minutes. I would like to be able to optional set frequency of GPS location reading. Can you add this into settings?

I am trying to help here. I noticed the GPS doesn't remember its previous status. For example, if the GPS went numb (because of no movement for extended time) prior to the phone entering a marker area, then it will not detect a status change (i.e. from outside the marker to inside). This is applicable when leaving the marker, if the movement was detected well outside the marker then it will not alarm because it's not remembering it was inside the marker. Home-Work driving, flying is not related.

Absolutely brilliant app for van life in Australia. I use GPS Alarm on long drives to remind me about fuel stops, rest areas, campsites, shops, lookouts, and places I donβt want to miss. It works reliably across big distances, is super battery efficient, and the customization is amazing: radius, active hours, repeat alarms, sounds, voice alerts, TTS, everything. The developer is also super helpful and clearly cares about the app. A must-have if youβre travelling or living on the road!

I'm a fast driver! But this app have a massive delay for updating its location when the app is running in the background. Can the dev pls give an option for constant update to its location for people who don't mind higher battery usage for NO DELAY in location alarm!!!! Thank you!!!

The app will not play an audible notification if any other app is playing media on Android 16 on a Pixel. If you are listening to Pandora or Spotify when the alarm triggers, there is only a screen pop. If you are driving and listening to music, them you miss the notification. Not helpful.

This simply doesn't work. When you get to the key location where you're supposed to get a notification, the notification never appears. It knows ive reached the location, but no notification. RESPONSE TO DEV: ok ill try that
