I'm happy w/this app because it finally does just the job I need--turn on a notification icon (& keep it on) whenever my GPS is ON. This keeps me from forgetting GPS is on & using up battery when I'm not navigating. Android 10 & later won't show that. My only request to the dev is to make it start up/turn off only when I turn on/off the GPS from the Quick Panel button. But regardless, it's solved my problem. Thank you

Does the job. Was having endless problems with GPS. Seems absolutely absurd that rather than using most recent location data, android defaults to data from 2 weeks back so Apps I regularly use were defaulting to locations I no longer was. Spoofing location got round the problem for a while but eventually no longer worked. This is a sledgehammer but it works. It is fairly battery intensive, but that is the nature of the app and to have decent location accuracy I can live with that

It both: A) let you to easily toggle to force the GPS to stay connected, and B) displays in an elegant notification: * the accuracy of the GPS position and * the number of connected satellites. Brilliant! Try it for free! Then: the pro is not expensive, and it's with giving the creator a buck to remove the ads!

My Samsung Galaxy S7 had a very bad GPS signal. The signal was always difficult to find and easy to lose. The navigation was useless. Apps which needs gps couldn't be used. GPS Connected seems to be an improvement. It is worthwhile trying. Need to test it more for the 5 star. But this tool is worthwhile to try out, with or without GPS connection problems.

Use it for endomondo on lock screen. Otherwise endomondo loses gps tracking. Good app.

Extremely intrusive ads, and needs permission to access location ALL THE TIME, which is ridiculous. Edit to answer the dev's reply: then let the app ask permission only while in use and let people know that in case the app misbehaves they can try giving permission all the time. I had many phones anyway and Google Maps and other apps work perfectly also when restricted permanent access. Also, these ads are too much. We all understand you need to make money, but too much is too much. Thanks

I've been using Geotracker and hadn't been having any issues with signal loss until the last couple of weeks. So, I downloaded this app and paid the $1.49. I am not happy. I still lost the signal.

This did not fix my GPS problems. I used GPS Status & Toolbox, specifically the AGPS reset to fix my GPS problems...
