Share Location When Needed

Turn on live sharing when you want an approved contact to see your position. You can also view a contact on the map while that person is actively sharing with you.

Connect With Trusted People

Add contacts by QR code, invitation, or user ID. Only approved connections can use location sharing, and contacts can be removed at any time.

Set Alerts for Important Places

Create safe zones for Home, School, Work, or another selected place. When sharing and alerts are enabled, receive a notification when a connected contact enters or leaves that zone.

Use Helpful Map Tools

Check shared positions, choose a meeting point, follow travel progress, or find useful places near your current location.

Preview Supported Areas

Use Street View to look around a supported location before visiting or meeting there.

Control Your Sharing

Stop sharing at any time. You decide when to share and which approved contacts can view your location.

GPS Location Sharing on Phone uses visible, consent-based location sharing. Your location is available only to contacts you approve while sharing is active.
