I paid premium, and I still get sign in Failed every time I log in. Developer please fix it!

I paid for the $1.99-week trial using my Google balance. Of course after the payment was made all I get is a sign in failed message when I try to select a dashboard ? As a result I can't purchase any dashboard, sign in & still get ads after I paid for no adds. Sign in failed over & over again. After sending multiple emails still haven't been contacted yet ??? DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP OR ANY OTHER APP FROM AUTO EXTREME Please credit me back the $1.99 right away. You guys are the worst. Thank you.

Purchased premium and got nothing substantial for it. No new dashboards. Shows connected to obd but nothing works on gauges but internally gps for speed. Don't purchase if you expect it to get better.
