Unfortunately, there are few flaws in this app that may result in unwanted behavior. The method "Auto startup" is implemented won't allow the app to start unless phone is manually unlocked first. Reporting of phone battery status is missing. And if android device runs out of juice, for the most phones out there it requires rooting to make it automatically turn on after charger is reconnected. I expect to see support for connecting to ELM327 for reading vehicle parameters and remote DTC
