Account banned for having an opinion, played for months just to be banned for no reason by a staff member named arch angel, I emailed support with no response, careful playing this game you can be banned just because they don't like you very corrupt

I was really excited to see a new Grail game on mobile but after downloading the tutorial tells you how to play on PC and some of the buttons for the menu don't even work on mobile either, I'd really like this fixed, it looks fun, but I just can't play it.

First of all you guys just decided to reset the d@mn server in zodiac and didn't even give compensation or anything when I logged in the box server just reset my account and those are months of handwork getting those items are no joke just to be overpowered since players on that time are not that many and struggling to find a team to just beat a certain boss and get items like bruh 1 star you just ruined the game for me. I came back to play the game and this is what I get on disappointed
