Useful program to monitor our AM facility 24x7. Could use some additional features such as system history and visibility to other networked machines (uP, 250, etc.), but otherwise serves its purpose. An upgrade to being able to monitor poly jet machines would also be beneficial.

Very productive app! Help to monitor my work place printers while I'm away. Especially during weekend or on long hours printing. Been using this app since launched, a lot of improvement since then. Hope to see alot more update. Notification features might be awesome to add in future update.

Newest Grab cad software update must have caused an issue because the app no longer functions. Cannot connect to print server to monitor printer status. Just get a general error on app startup.

Keeping with tradition, Grab CAD continues their trend of starting out with great software, then follow up by breaking it with frequent and grotesquely awful updates. This program has been completely broken for months now. Speaking of which, Grab CAD Print software also embarrasses on the PC front. This company treats their regular users like alpha testers. Support is sympathetic and tries to help, but I can only assume the bizarre treatment of their programs comes from execs. Avoid.
