Incredible app in my experience so far. I've bought and sold plenty with almost no problems so far, aside from people lying about items when I was new to the app, got a shirt with some holes in it without realizing. The app does get slow and buggy after a few months of using it, but I just uninstall and reinstall it again and it works fine. - I highly suggest this app but you have to be cautious with some people on it. Overall great experience.

So far my experience as a buyer has been pretty good. I still have to be wary of scammers but you when you talk to the sellers you can eventually tell which are suspicious and which are good. The only bad thing I can think of is, whenever I read the articles Grailed puts up and take a look at the items that get showcased, I always get redirected back to the homepage when I try to go back to the previous page which gets really annoying when you want to see more of the items that are for sale.

Various buggy issues from uploading photos as a seller to grailed cancelling paypal transactions when I have no issue with other merchants AND its their only method of protected payment... This app stresses me out. This app does not deserve 4.5... More like a 2...

The app bugz persistently, essential options are disabled in random times, the help team act like it always your fault, u cant get refund for the high fees the app takes on your sold items even if it's a software flagrant error, from a humble dude who tried to do good: do not use this app, it's not ready for the big boys league yet. I guess they have more lawyers to write how they can take ur money and make it look like ur mistake than software engineers to fix the app. Embarrassing. Shame !
