Easily estimate the volume of your round grain bins. Enter simple measurements and the app calculates an estimate of bushels, metric tonnes, pounds and kilograms.
Using the average angles of repose and friction for individual grains the app is able to estimate these calculations with a few simple measurements. This allows you calculate the volume of a bin quickly and accurately.
The angle of repose and angle of friction are both dependant on average factors. Moisture, dockage and grade can all affect these angles therefore these calculations are only estimations. If you are contracting grain please factor in margins of error and do not use these calculations as exact numbers.
This calculator app will renew subscription automatically to help you unlock all content and features.
