This is so good for my elderly mother's doctor appointments! The only issue is not with the app itself but the AI vs. Humans and our job security. My sister is not a fan because this is what she does for her job. So I am hesitant to give 5 stars because this could make my sister's job obsolete. But since it does exactly what it should, and it helps me, I am going to give the 5 stars.

Best AI to turs whole day activity and tasks in transcript form and those and those who say it is bad that even don't know how to use it is an AI, but you have to know about it use it efficiently interface is very simple but need thinking and mindset to use it properly I have used it to discover many skills by watching YouTube recording transcript using these transcript in AI and increasing my skills

Love Granola and use it every day, but the mobile app feels pretty harassed. It's so lacking in functionality that it almost feels like something they built just because they had to have a mobile app. For example, you can't even chat with your notes, which is a huge part of what makes Granola useful in the first place.

I used the mobile app at a conference and was so impressed by the note-taking and how well it dealt with technical language and pulled out the key points. However, export was a nightmare! There is no way to export from the mobile app other than copying and pasting each of 40 notes (each title and note separately). Some info online said I could export from the desktop app, but to do that I had to make a non gmail account and then couldn't share my notes between accounts! Not a time saver!

Granola must be Open source it's too risky for your meetings or your important voice notes are processed on the cloud and privacy is so important. It's not even a big application so what's the point there are so many Good alternatives we have like open granola

Recorded a work meeting, but the app decided not to work. I received an error that said "Something went wrong. Your notes did not finish uploading. Tap Retry to continue uploading." Tapping retry just gave the same error, and the only other option was to delete the note completely, losing all the information with no way to retain the recording. Please fix this issue, or at least allow the recording to be retrieved and uploaded.
