Grassroots Manager

Because a first goal should feel like a first goal.

GrassrootsManager captures your child's football journey—goals, saves, achievements, and moments worth keeping. Share it with grandparents. Keep it forever. Finally, an app that treats grassroots football like it matters.

GrassrootsManager takes the chaos out of match day coordination. No more answering "what time?" on WhatsApp. No more "what colour kit?" at 10pm. No more forwarding the same PDF every weekend.

MATCH DAY GUIDES

Share everything parents need in one simple guide: kick-off time, venue directions, kit requirements, weather prep, and facility info. Parents get clarity. You get your Saturday morning back.

BUILT FOR UK GRASSROOTS

This isn't American "soccer" software with a British flag slapped on. We understand County FAs, U9s formats, and muddy November pitches. Every detail is designed for how football actually works here.

SIMPLE TEAM MANAGEMENT

Line-up planning with fair playing time tracking
Player profiles that travel with families, not clubs

FOR MANAGERS WHO COACH, NOT ADMIN

You didn't volunteer to send reminder texts. You wanted to help kids fall in love with football. We handle the coordination so you can focus on what matters—being on the pitch with your team.

FOR PARENTS WHO WANT TO BE INVOLVED

Know exactly what's happening, when to arrive, and what to bring. Stay connected to your child's football journey without the WhatsApp chaos.

GrassrootsManager is free for managers and always will be. We believe every child deserves brilliant football experiences, regardless of their club's budget.

Built by a grassroots manager, for grassroots managers.

Recent changes:
New this time: a match clock you can trust, with half-time you can undo and a nudge when kick-off or full-time hasn't been logged. Every match has a Lineup tab: plan the team on a pitch, reuse a past lineup, and change formation mid-game. Player of the match can go to anyone in the squad. Report results and file kick-offs on FA Full-Time from the app. New managers get a short checklist; parents join with one tap. Notifications quietly fix themselves.
