I cannot access from the tile. In order for the white screen to go away I have to close it and go to play store to open from there. Even then, it will sometimes work and not.

This app glitches all the time. I travel first work a lot and lock my debit card when I don't need it. Sometimes when I unlock it, it's immediately unlocked, other times it takes hours or days to unlock. I never truly know if it actually locks or unlocks. Customer service just brushes it off and says it can take up to 24 hours to lock or unlock, and offer zero solutions. Every update, it gets worse.
