I like ordering online, but there are a few things that could be improved. When you order a pizza there is a spot to add special instructions for the pizza, but you can't for some other items like Calzones. Also, it would be nice to a time estimate on when it will be ready even if it sent a few minutes later.

App broken since recent update. The order now menu is entirely blank, as is the store selector, and their web version says my local store is closed when it's definitely open.

Placed an order, got confirmation that it was being prepared. Drove 20 mins to the restaurant just to find out the food is not even being prepared. Would have been nice to have a time for when the food would have been ready for pickup, instead of wasting my time. Going to be deleting this app and probably not order from GREC again....

Was picking pizza up in an area I don't live in, was careful to change the address, and chose the right store, and it still sent it to the wrong place. App definitely needs work.
