After re-connection of internet in Iran it doesn't work and the support page in telegram won't respond to our inquiry and deleted their account even the support email don't reply or our message looks like they ate our money

Recently, the app has barely worked. Connections often fail or require repeated reconnects, support is unresponsive, server options have been reduced, and high performance servers are gone. The service now feels comparable to a free VPN. Support is also unresponsive even about subscription renewals. If the app is being shut down, customers should still receive proper service until their subscriptions end. Who is responsible for this?
