We have to consider that we are not the only human being who needs this kind of services. I little bit of patience is required in our part as a customer. Among all the delivery apps in my area, they are the fastest and more reliable. If you can't wait, then this app is not for you or better yet, you create your own delivery team to satisfy your need in an instant. Way to go Green park. There's still more work to be done. Extremely insecure application. All you need to do is enter a phone number to register and with no authentication, you're logged in and have access to a user's home address and order history. There's not even some basic OTP authentication to protect the customer's sensitive information.

Poor service delivery takes very, very long, and you can't even get a hold of them on any of the countless telephone and mobile numbers provided. Very dissatisfied

Delay in food orders. Recommended not to order though this app as they take too long and for instance if the delivery time is mentioned at around 9 30 am it will be delivered at 9 45 or 10 00 am. Best to go to this supermarket and purchase your grocery. Supermarket isn't bad but the delivery through app has a concern and to be looked at.
