This app works great, whenever it decides to work great. Too often I get a denial to the platform and given a "socket exchange" error making it impossible to get pricing, which ironically I need at that time. By forcing a restart I lose the links to the coins I'm even researching so this brings massive frustration. That's the only true downside I've found so far.

Other than the Grey sheet being the best go to guide for current prices and numismatic info I'd like to say the team at GS are outstanding people, John, Billie and Monica are outstanding in customer service, and they are real people talking to us on individual issues not some automated set up that we so dislike. Thanks guys for all you do for the coin community and a special thanks for our latest discussions.

Can't log in. I registered online, when I try to log into the app I get this error. "Something went wrong! Request headers must contain only ASCII characters."

The App doesn't work. Every time I open it, all I get is a Grey screen. It is updated, and I also uninstalled and re-installed the app.

Will not let me log in on the app (says wrong password) so I have to log in at their website with my phone. I also have a paid subscription, and they do not respond to emails, and I never received a brashest in the mail. It's a shame since most dealers use the brashest and I can't access it
