What's going on with this app? Been using it for years, these last few days it will not connect to server... can't pay the bill if your app won't connect to your server. Now if my power is turned off I bet there will be a reconnect fee!!

The app is way too slow. Paying can be glitchy. You can't change payment info. It's 2022 how you have a non-functioning app is beyond me.
