So were in the middle of a pandemic, and you want to charge a 3.50 convenience fee just to pay my bill, but waive the fee if I use one of your kiosks that gets touched by hundreds, maybe thousands of people. I have to pay you 42.00 a year just to pay you in order to reduce my chances of spreading or catching a virus that is crippling the nation. Wow, what a joke your company is. I was with another co-op right beside you and had no convenience fee. Amazing how greedy companies are.

Completely buggy. I always get a failure notice when paying my bill and usually have to wait a day to see if it actually took payment or not. Also, won't let me change payment methods, so it has a card on file that hasn't been good for two years.
