Definitely a unique journal that really stands out from most others that I have tried. It is a great app if you enjoy journal prompts and following more of a Q&A type system, but this app allows plenty of options for customization. While different and takes some getting use too, I do like the grid-type structure it has going on. The interface is clean, minimalistic, and somewhat plain but doesn't feel cluttered or overwhelming. Simple yet plentiful, and definitely unique!

I spent a long time writing my diaries, only to find out that they were not saved. This has happened at least five times. And today I just find out that it happened again to a few diaries that I wrote a year ago. They simply disappeared. This app has nice features, and I did want to stick with it; unfortunately, it lacks the most fundamental feature: SAVING THE DIARIES PROPERLY! I am very upset by this. I have complained to customer support a few times, but they completely ignored me.

I really love this app, used it for years, and hoped to use it long term for storing memories. However, when I switched phones it wouldn't load the last 2 years of diary entries or upload my snapshot or JSON. I secured a membership and outreached to the app multiple times but no help over the last month. Hope to rectify and switch this rating

I had set up a lovely template that took some time, and then the app would no longer open. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled, but now my template is gone despite having logged in.

Another app I have used for years with a subscription wall to hold my data. Now my data is gone. I paid for subscription and the app is still telling me to subscribe. Won't let me download my data. I have been reaching out to the developers for 2 weeks and there's no response. I'm done with subscriptions.
