entomofagia como alternativa dietética sostenible. A través de una experiencia de juego atractiva y desafiante, los
jugadores aprenderán sobre la morfología, distribución geográfica y valor nutricional de algunas especies de insectos.
“Grillos vs. Chapulines” combina tecnologías de motores de videojuegos gratuitas y de código abierto y técnicas de
gamificación como puntos, niveles, desafíos y recompensas virtuales, a fin potenciar la motivación y facilitar un
aprendizaje más divertido, pero apegado a contenido validado por expertos en Entomología y Nutrición y alineado al
nuevo Programa de Estudio para la educación primaria del Gobierno de México.
“Grillos vs. Chapulines” representa una herramienta educativa innovadora que utiliza el poder de los videojuegos para promover
el consumo de insectos comestibles en México, teniendo el potencial de generar un impacto positivo en la población
infantil y contribuir paulatinamente y a largo plazo a la seguridad alimentaria del país.
