Grindquest

Grindquest is a single-player fantasy RPG you can play anywhere, offline, with no in-app purchases.

You arrive at a small camp with nothing but a name. Prove yourself to the people around the fire, then take the road: through forests and swamps, frozen tundra and siege lines, to great cities, philosophers' strange roads and, at the very end, a world beyond death.

WHAT AWAITS YOU
- Ten chapters and an afterworld: more than 50 places to discover, each with its own people, quests and music.
- Over 280 enemies and bosses, every one with its own painting, and every boss from Chapter 5 on with its own area attack.
- Tactical battles on an 8 x 7 battlefield: position your hero, hire mercenaries, summon allies, switch weapon sets and time your skills.
- Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence and Endurance builds, dozens of skills to learn and upgrade, perks and class powers to unlock.
- Gear for twelve slots, a belt of healing food, cooking, shops, blacksmiths and trainers.
- Five difficulties, from Easy to Impossible. Death is permanent once your revives run out - the Hall of the Dead remembers the fallen, and those who finish the game enter the Hall of the Gods.
- Time keeps passing while the game is closed: journeys continue and the cooking queue keeps going.
- A painted look, or switch to the original retro pixel art in Settings.
- Original 8-bit soundtrack, generated live, with a tune for every place.

No account and no purchases. Your saves stay on your phone.
