Grocery King Shopping List

★★★★★ ETA... My phone was recently stolen and I had to re-download the app, but I'm unable to retrieve any of my data. I paid for this app and now it's pretty much useless to me unless I want to re-enter everything. I've received no response from the developer. I LOVE this app! I bought it years ago, but never used it to its full potential until recently. It has eliminated the need for three other apps. The scanning capability is my favorite feature and I love the pictures.

★★☆☆☆ I purchased this app due to the previous app i used was no longer available. I picked this one for account syncing and sharing. I tried out the free version and then upgraded to the paid version and uploaded the data to the server with no issue. I setup my Family Account so that I could share this app with my wife, but when I went to install it on the second device, somehow I was charged. This charge was in error and I have requested a refund several times with no response from the Developer. To add to the issues, I have been trying since Thanksgiving to get a successfull data pull from the server and continue to get error messages stating: "There was an error pulling new data from server. Please try again later." Considering that I did not receive any errors during the initial upload, i am stumped. Can someone please assist me with getting a refund on one of the two purchases as this was not supposed to happen with the Family Account. I also need help in determining why the syncing is not working for me. All in all, a few issues, but the app does what it states minus the sync. Again, with this being a main reason on why I purchased this, I find this a bit frustrating. please help

★★☆☆☆ Have used this (paid version) app for years and loved it BUT switched phones and years of data input worthless . Will not sync with new phone. No tech support. Avoid this app!
