When paying with credit card there is a lag and there's a chance you could pay twice. Delivery times are not adhered to and if you need something urgently you'd better not order. Similar items should be grouped together and an option of flavor given e.g. yogurt. 19 liters of water can only be purchased one bottle at a time because of the mode of transport they use! The minimum shopping amount should be reduced from 3,000/= to 1,500/= This was a good option while I was bedridden

Great service especially during quarantine! We are in lockdown, and I needed to do a bigger shopping trip than I thought Glove could handle. I tried shopping on the Carrefour app. When it generates a "Technical error" for 2 days in a row, I decided to try Grocery - I'm glad I did! The app is easy, and their call center called me personally to check on a couple of items that were out of stock. The rider arrived within 2hrs of my ordering. Love the crates as well, very eco-friendly!

The app is very easy to use. My order was a day late, but I was informed. I was expecting a delay due to the current circumstances. When it came my order was correct, intact and unspoiled. I am happy. A little concerned about the boda guy. The bike was a bit overloaded which is dangerous for him. He was polite and helpful.

They have a wide variety of products, but resolving issues takes over 72 hours and nobody wants to take ownership of the issue. I have called their customer service 4 times and still no action was taken.

The rider was super rude, he dumped my things at the gate, requested him to allow me to take the things in the house then return his crates, but he said his in a rush. You can imagine my monthly shopping just there naked. I do not understand why they do not put things in a carton or a bag and even charge you...most humiliating shopping experience ever... Would not recommend at all

Terrible customer service, always delivering only 50% of the order placed. They wait hours to let you know stock is not available, they constantly advertise stock they don't have. Then boda riders harass & try & get themselves into your house
