By far the best booking system our studio has used! Everything is made simple with Groovio. I love the leads section to manage new students, the AI enhancement tools, the membership option, and I really love the weekly updates to improve the users experience. We finally have developers that actually listen to studio owners. The updates take all of 2 seconds to install and are 100% worth it.

This app has so many issues! They advertise bells and whistles, but haven't got basic usability functions working after this long. 1. I can't log in to my groovio account on my new phone, it instructs me to use a new email address 2. Invasive, unsolicited medical questions popping up with no justification, explanation of how that information is stored, and no option to opt-out 3. Impossible to be an instructor and a student on the same email address, so if you only have one email you're screwed

Class waitlists notifications are constantly promised to be fixed, I just don't think they exist. They have promised numbered waitlists. They give advice to "fix" but doesn't EVER work. We have tried everything! Actually almost turned me off going to my studio, thank God my studio are CONSTANTLY trying to make this app work and helping us manually. They will lose company's business by unfulfilled promises, They charge 1% processing fee so your payment is constantly more than your studio fees.

My calendar takes aggges to load when it finally does it literally shows my booked classes for two seconds then disappears says I have nothing booked. Lucky the home page has quick access to my classes, but it's hard to book anything when you can't see what days/classes you have booked already. Also, if you cancel a class, just remove it completely. On the booking calendar I don't like that when you scroll down the classes it takes up the whole screen and remove the view of the calendar.
