Frustration levels increase every time using this App. When I go into the tickets section, there is a banner that asks if I'm a BC Resident. I respond every time, and it continues to show up EVERY time. Then, when I get to my tickets, it's a random list of all my past purchases. It is way too difficult to find the current ticket I need to show for presentation. I have mentioned this to customer service more than once and since October. It is now January. Not a make me happy App user. Staff agree!
