I had a frustrating experience with the Growth day I bought focus & DISCIPLINE I signed up for a $10 class but was unexpectedly charged multiple times ($10, $39, $39, $49, and $39) for accessing different pre-recorded videos within an hour. Customer service was unhelpful; the phone only offered voicemail, and my emails went unanswered. When I sought a refund, I received more promotional emails instead of support. This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed. I cannot recommend

Purchased some items described in an email and am unable to access them in the app - it doesn't show the full content and stops me from continuing, prompting me to buy the app subscription to continue. Have asked for a refund, and it has been processed.

Requests a bunch of personal information before forcing you to sign up for a trial that turns into paid subscription. Apparently they mostly target Apple devices because on an Android device it wasn't designed to even allow me to click the button to start the trial. So obviously I don't have any experience with how the inside of the app works once you get past the paywall, but had I known this information I wouldn't have bothered installing the app to begin with
