All features of Groww are good including internal like stocks buying and selling process, SIP and other things but the customer support of Groww is too bad. I have many issues while logging into my account and failed many times and tried to contact through Groww, but I didn't get any mail revert or call and still I am facing. It's my humble request to Groww if you are reading this review pls revert me back with solutions.

The App really behaved pathetic while I was trying to Apply for Bazaz Housing IPO. Even post listing of IPO, I couldn't find the status from BSE website as it was saying that the NO request found using the Groww Application No/ PAN no. BUT Groww App had shown a successful bid request. I totally missed the chance of IPO application using the GROWW app.

Service totally worst, because 1 month before I redeem my mutual fund but still not coming payment in account but in groww app displayed is transaction completed also showed UTR no. But it's not valid. And I call customer care his not received and when call is received that time not given proper answer Still not received my withdrawal payment. Please resolve my issue. Ticket no. - 16449623
