GrowWeeks: Baby Milestones

GrowWeeks is a week-by-week baby milestones guide and record for your baby's first three years. Open it and your baby's current week is there: what many babies do around this age, one simple thing to try together, and the moments you have recorded.

WHAT IT DOES

The week card
- Your baby's week and age in months, every week from birth to three
- What many babies do around now, in four areas: social and feelings, talking and understanding, thinking and learning, and moving
- Developmental milestones are based on the CDC's 2022 milestone checklists for ages 2 months to 3 years, rewritten in plain language
- A short "coming up" look at the next few months
- A short note on the morning each week begins

Moments and firsts
- Record a moment with a photo, the date and a note
- Pick it straight from the guide, or write it in your own words
- Six firsts with a place kept for each: first smile, first laugh, first roll, sitting up, first word and first steps
- A timeline you can scroll back through, month by month

Play ideas
- 200 short play ideas, 20 for each age band from birth to three
- One idea picked for each week, with the rest of the library a tap away
- Mark the ones you tried and keep your favorites

Before a health visit
- Write down questions as you think of them
- Add notes on sleep and feeding if you want to share them
- Set the visit date and get a reminder the day before
- Share or print a one-page PDF with your moments, questions and notes

Born early?
- Add the due date and GrowWeeks uses corrected age for babies born 3 or more weeks early, until age two

Ranges are wide
- See WHO timing windows for six motor milestones, from sitting to walking, so you can see how wide the spread really is

WHO IT IS FOR

Parents and caregivers looking for a baby milestones and development guide, a place for photos and firsts, and notes for the next check-up.

HOW IT IS SET UP

The standard tier follows one child, keeps 20 moments, and opens the play ideas for your child's current age. The full version adds every child in the family, unlimited moments, the whole play library and the visit summary PDF, as a subscription or a one-time purchase. An optional 14-day trial unlocks the full version. Everything you record stays readable and editable at every tier, and backup is always included.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

GrowWeeks never says a baby is early, late or behind. It does not assess or screen development and it is not medical advice. If you have concerns about your child's development, talk to your health visitor or your child's doctor. GrowWeeks is not affiliated with the CDC or the WHO.

Your records stay on your phone. There is no account and there are no ads. One backup file holds every moment and photo, restores on another phone, and can be shared with the other parent.
