GRT Insta Gold App – Very Poor Experience The app has many bugs. After making a payment, it stays stuck showing "In Progress" for a long time, and I cannot make new payments. No UPI credit card payment option is available. Other apps like Thingamajig, Pothys, and Swarnamahal have this feature. This is one of the worst apps I have used.

During these critical periods, customers are unable to access the app to complete transactions, effectively forcing them to wait until prices increase further. This practice places customers at a financial disadvantage and raises serious concerns around fair access, transparency, and consumer rights. Service downtime that coincides specifically with price surges.
