App is dead slow, getting Httpexception software caused connection abort and shows the getDigiSchemes API URI after the splash screen kept loading for like 5 mins. Before that after payment it just kept loading after redirecting. I had to close the app and reopen it. I don't who did this software for you GRT, but you've been scammed, fire them and go with some other company.

We have observed a recurring issue with the Insta Gold app, where the service becomes unavailable whenever gold prices rise sharply. During these critical periods, customers are unable to access the app to complete transactions, effectively forcing them to wait until prices increase further. This practice places customers at a financial disadvantage and raises serious concerns around fair access, transparency, and consumer rights. Service downtime that coincides specifically with price surges.

GRT Insta Gold App – Very Poor Experience The app has many bugs. After making a payment, it stays stuck showing "In Progress" for a long time, and I cannot make new payments. No UPI credit card payment option is available. Other apps like Thingamajig, Pothys, and Swarnamahal have this feature. This is one of the worst apps I have used.

The app is not user-friendly and was not properly tested during implementation. Payment test scenarios were missed, such as cancelling a payment midway and retrying it. After retrying, the system incorrectly shows the payment as “in progress” for over 30 minutes.
