Love the items. Last one I got was a little late. But also I have no idea where to go to silence the app sound and im epileptic and the notifications wake me up, and the way my seizures work are stress and lack of sleep. If I can get told/shown how to fix this to where I can mute the notifications just in sound I will happily remove this comment, put a better one up, and give you a 5-star review.

Products are awesome and app is ok! But if you're trying to order your products before an event (holiday, birthday, etc.) order it in waaaay advanced; don't ever believe the "estimated" date given very misleading. Customer service is responsive but always "apologies" and makes up some excuse on why your order is late and/or can't explain why their logics are messed up. I have had to give the items AFTER birthdays and Christmas. Can and will update my review once this is fixed.
