★★★★★ This hasn't been working for me!!! I've had to miss 3 visits and because they claim it's my fault I'm out of the visit and the money 🤬 it's frustrating!!!

★★★★★ Beside for the echo I'm not gonna complain For everyone that complained just St call, and they will either issue u arl refund or reschedule they are willing to make it right....

★★☆☆☆ TRASH doesn't work I have it downloaded and 2 phones and a tablet I spent 30 mins trying to get into my visit It never worked just says contact support. I wasted my entire visit trying to make the visit work, so I could see my husband now they got my money and I missed my visit, and they did not solve my problem at allele this is a cruel joke and I hope they get sued for the money they have taken and the emotional and financial pain and suffering this cruel app caused loved ones and family.

★★☆☆☆ I'm signed up 6 weeks ago. I have never been reviewed to be approved. I can't schedule or do anything. This is useless. They said bun install and reinstall so I did. Nothing changed. They told me would take a day to approve, it has been 5 weeks.
