★★★★★ Please don't send any type of reminder to any of my customers nor myself. It is useless to disturb my customers at midnight. If you understand well, you switch off the set-top box at the stipulated time. That itself is enough as a reminder. You don't give one rupee credit on top of it you keep sending messages at odd hours in dozens just to harass us? Just reset my password for the time being.

★★☆☆☆ This is whe the worst app and worst network In hav seen since 10 years of my service period in cable tv field. The worst option in the app is enabling auto-renewal of total customes in entity. Auto-renew will give you a discount of 10₹ per customer. The main issue is customer not paying when the stb is renewed automatically. We have to suspend the respective customer whose bill is pending. If customer didn't pay the bill you have to cancell the subscription.
