Not liking this new app. I feel like they weren't completely ready to release it but since they took the old app away and made us wait 2 weeks for this one, they rushed the release without working out all the kinks. I also don't think it is mobile friendly at all. I gave it 2 stars because it has a few semi-ok features but only a few. Plus I've never had a mobile check deposit rejected until now. IDK if it was app related or my error because it only gives me some generic suggestions as to why.

Worst banking app I've ever used in my life. Forces a reset password on you ALL THE TIME, but you can't use your previous TEN PASSWORDS. So then after failing your password a couple of times (because who can remember which password was it out of 11 different passwords?) you get permanently locked out and have to call customer service just to reset again and hope it doesn't ask for a new password again after resetting. Absolutely the worst
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
