★★★★★ I love this My husband got this for me and I love it. Hopefully I don't have to use it, but it's easy to test, and the remote feels very sleek in my hand. I'm more confident everywhere I go.

★★★★★ Awesome Service I had some initial setup issues, however, I received an email from the CEO himself!! He worked with me until everything was perfectly working, talking about great personal service. I recommend this service to everyone, especially people who walk alone a lot like college students and real estate agents. It's an inexpensive peace of mind. I do hope they continue to support Android as it holds a large market share, but I haven't experienced many issues with this version.

★★☆☆☆ The app crashes continuously! I have been trying to cancel my account for months. It would never work in an emergency because it is unusable.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased several fobs for business staff in Nov 2018 and cannot get Android devices to sync with the fob. Their customer service has not responded to my multiple requests for help and now their website has been down for 2 weeks. Even today the app install attempts to generate an "app unavailable" message. Scam
