Comments on GuardsPro Security Guard App for Android
★★★★☆Tony Skinner· Sep 29, 2024
I like the platform, but tends to be a little buggy. We continually have multiple clock-ins, by multiple Officers, but continually told it is errors made by the Officers or out-dated phone OS, rather than the app. Also, $10/month per employee adds up over time. I'd like to see a price break after so many users.

Guards security app is really good. It integrated with so many features which made tracking so easy. It's a 5 🌟 application.

This is a great app with many great features. I would love to see dark mode added.
★★★★★Luisa Vargas· Dec 18, 2019
We used to use paper and pen to submit report, but now we have started using Guards. It has really made my job easy as guard.
★★★★★Silvia Vezzoso· Jul 20, 2025
I use it for work. It works most of the time. But sometimes it freezes in mid-report, or it won't let u clock in by a circle spinning.

Does keep track of hours correctly, I feel like I'm babysitting the app to make sure it's working more than it's babysitting me

When everything is working right it is a great app for guards. But when over half the pictures and videos can not be looked at in the report it makes both the guards and the security company they work for look bad to their clients.
★☆☆☆☆Elite Hills at Rancho Pena· Jan 24, 2022
This application is not user-friendly. If you forget to log out then it will not send the client the report. It updates once month and that is cumbersome and causes guards unfamiliar with the application problems. Stay away

Awful app. Requires gps constantly, so it drains all your battery before you even finish the shift. Reports that you are idle, even if you patrol constantly. You have to prompt the app in order to do the scan points, otherwise it refuses to register that you scanned it. A pain to use and absolute trash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY SECURITy COMPANY
