I ordered in the first week of August, with delivery promised by August 9, but it’s now August 24, and I still haven’t received my order. There is no working contact number, and they refused to provide one. There’s also no cancellation option. Their chat keeps saying “Post your query here,” but they don’t cancel the order. Very poor service. I regret ordering from this app and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Don't Buy Any Product From Their app, website or any other Platform. Their Product was Not Original. Recently I purchased a Hair oil From their platform. It must be a Fake product. When I open it and it should bad smell. After I return the product. They are playing with me without paying my Money Back. And Customer Support Is not Responding Properly. Iam Going to File a Legel Complaint against them. If you any one Plan to Buy product from them. Please Be Alert.
