It was great I was at anime boston 2024 and 2025, and it helped alot from when it starts and ends and depending on the event what will happen the next day I do suggest if you are into anime go to anime boston or Connecticut's convention

Unfortunately this is one of those apps that you do not choose to use, if you are at an event, you will have to use it. For the most part, the app is very easy to use But suffers the fatal flaw that it requires an active Internet connection. I currently have the guidebook loaded with several items selected, but cannot see what my schedule is as I am staring at a loading screen with no way to bypass it and just look at what is already downloaded. And I see several other people with the same issue

The mobile app doesn't allow me to add multiple events to my schedule if they overlap, even when I click on 'Add Anyway'. You can overlap events with no problems on the web browser version though

I'm using a Google Pixel 9a, which has rounded edges at the top of the phone. Since the app’s menu is located in the top-left corner, it requires very precise finger movement to open it—making it tricky to access. Additionally, it seems that touch inputs don’t register properly near the very top edge of the screen. (my conference posted some PDFs using Google Drive, save as links aren't clickable because it is at the very top of the screen)

You can't add more than one thing to your schedule if the time conflicts, making this app entirely useless.

This app is useless and doesn't even work. When I go to the Guides tab, it says "Connection Error" even though I am connected to the internet. When I try searching for a guide, it says "An unknown error occurred." Great.

In previous years I would have sung this app's praises, it was great for convention scheduling and keeping events organized. Now, I'm not sure what's happened, but it refuses to add multiple items at the same time to My Schedule. Sure it warns you that you have a scheduling conflict, but despite accepting with the nice big Add Anyway option, it still won't include the new event in your itinerary, making the process completely moot. Not the only one having this issue.
