Share your races and follow your friends Guided Heroes is the app that connects participants with family and friends. Using GPS-tracking participants can be followed live during an entire race.
Note: Continuous use of background GPS can drastically increase your battery consumption.
Large selection of races Guided Heroes offers a large selection of races within running, cycling and XC-skiing. Every week we add new races and as a participant yo only need enter your start number, sign up to the race and tell your friends.
Find and Follow your friends Register with your email or Facebook and easily find family and friends to follow! Click on the race, search for participants and click on the icon next to the name to follow. There are no limits to how many participants you can follow.
LIVE tracking All races have verified course maps and includes intermediate timings as well a points of interest. The participants are shown on the map as soon as they start, click on a name for additional information.
Compare With Guided Heroes you can compare all the participants you follow in the compare view. See expected finish time, intermediate times, speed and distance.

Issues: The interface is not user-friendly or intuitive You have to pay per event you track The app didn't work! I was trying to track a number of friends during the alpenbrevit sport if, but for the first 4 hours it did not show any of their stats, or their location or that they had even started. You have to pay per event which is also ridiculous!! I would like a refund as I had to just use good maps and what's app to track my husband and friend who had bike problems during the race!

After only 1 km the app lost connection in some way so no further distance was recorded while the watch was still going. I was bearing a Garmin watch as reserve so that saved my race (GöteborgsVarvet-HM). Afterward the app couldn't find any route from the watch (It did pair smoothly). I had to export file after I downloaded it from Garmin Connect homepage. It's really awkward the app is not stable. I couldn't imagine how it would feel if I didn't have my Garmin watch with me under the race.

Application that is only useful for areas that have good internet coverage. I have used it once, the distance error with my coros smartwatch is unacceptable. My coros smartwatch shows a distance reading of 10 km, while this app is only 5 km 😅😅😅 luckily this app provide an editable result, that we can upload proof from our smartwatch app.

My family paid to follow me and my brother during the race (3x €4). Live tracking didn't work (It worked fine on my Nike run app) and the intermediate times didn't work either for part of the race. No service provided and yet no refund. Don't bother downloading it
