Comments on Guitar Pro for Android

★★★★★ schecterdoom · May 6, 2025

Tempo changes This app doesn't have tempo changes in the middle of a song. All the songs I've exported from my pc, when opened on here have lost their tempo changes. It's impossible to use this for practice as is. Add tempo changes, and I'll change to 5 stars.

★★★★★ Derrick Correia · Nov 14, 2023

All excellent app for viewing, writing and editing guitar tabs on the go. Highly recommended for teachers and students.

★★★★☆ burninflames · Sep 9, 2023

Sounds decent. Good for playing tabs, better on the tablet version. But is terrible for making your own songs... I wish we could make multitracks on Notepad and change time signatures throughout all bars.

★★☆☆☆ Ahmad Rifa'i Faiz · Dec 20, 2023

The tempo isn't right for some guitar pro files while they are fine when opened with another apps

★☆☆☆☆ Lance Fowler · Apr 26, 2025

Terrible. Got suckered by the reputation of the desktop version. Purchased to write and share tab - impossibly hard to navigate and can't share. HARD FAIL.

★☆☆☆☆ Zork Drajar · May 2, 2024

Guitar Pro is in shambles. When was the last update, when are we getting an update? Huge marketing problem, can't own the tabs from Songbook. Functionity is broken at best. Always wanted to use Guitar Pro as a professional tool for composition, but you simply can't do that either. Is this the end of Guitar Pro because they can get Songbook to generate revenue? Should be more about composing, fewer subscriptions.
