The app is amazing. Please add one feature of custom scales. Custom scales mean that I define steps (whole step, halft steps, 2.5 step etc.) of a scale and then the app will generate notes for any key in that scale.

Great app, no intrusive ads unlike the other scale app I have. I was looking for something to refresh my memory on the 5 pentatonic positions and this did it without any fuss.

Does what it claims well for free. Having said that and given it 5 stars, I'm going to complain anyway. It'''s not just this app, it's most the guitar apps... the user experience would be better served by paying less attention to appearance and more attention to visability. Nice ornate guitar neck, but not easy to see the contrast of the notes. The glits serves no purpose and makes the notes blend in rather than stand out. A B&W grid with large text in circles for notes, would be easier to see.

Soon as I open the app, I am assaulted by an unending onslaught of adverts. An advert or two would be okay, but then three open within a second of each other, all with overlapping sounds, and a new one (or two!) opening every three seconds (with even more overlapping sounds) it becomes a little unbearable. Unusable.

Guitar scales and pattern doe snot contain adds but why this contain adds. This is app good but not excellent.

This app only shows the chords for the basic modes, not for other scales. It's been 6 years since I reported this, and they still haven't fixed it. No meaningful updates. Look for a better scales app, this only covers the basic major scale and its modes, not even harmonic or melodic minor scale chords.
