As a customer, I kindly request you to allow card renewals and card-related issue resolutions at the nearest local branches instead of requiring visits to the Head Office. For expatriate workers, traveling to the Head Office causes salary deductions due to missed work hours and extra transportation costs. Allowing nearby branches to handle these issues would save customers from unnecessary hardship and significantly improve service experience. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely,

New review, I had an issue with the app but not anymore also anyone who uses Opera browser in his mobile he'll experience same problem he can't use his points. Because GB app not compatible with Opera browser. I went to the GB at Crystal Tower to see what's the problem. Spoke with Mena not able to use my points. He said I've to uninstall Opera browser. I did work fine. When I went home tried another way. Now I can use both no need to uninstall Opera browser. Just change default browser to ex. Chrome.

Gulf was the best but now days it's annoying, the app keeps on requesting for update I just update 3 days ago, but now I can't make a transaction until I update again 😒.

I had a very bad experience since I have an account in gulf bank we get a lot of calls from scammers. Compare to other banks it doesn't provide good services also.

I hope you will support Google Pay, or Google Wallet. We are in 2026 and everyone is using mobile payments. Why aren't your customers offered this feature? What makes your customers unique compared to other banks? Only Apple and Samsung have this feature activated for them. What about the rest of the Android users? Are you aware that it's now possible to pay using Swatch smartwatches? And there are already banks in Kuwait that have started using this feature. I hope you will develop your payment
