As a customer, I kindly request you to allow card renewals and card-related issue resolutions at the nearest local branches instead of requiring visits to the Head Office. For expatriate workers, traveling to the Head Office causes salary deductions due to missed work hours and extra transportation costs. Allowing nearby branches to handle these issues would save customers from unnecessary hardship and significantly improve service experience. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely,

New review, I had an issue with the app but not anymore also anyone who uses Opera browser in his mobile he'll experience same problem he can't use his points. Because GB app not compatible with Opera browser. I went to the GB at Crystal Tower to see what's the problem. Spoke with Mena not able to use my points. He said I've to uninstall Opera browser. I did work fine. When I went home tried another way. Now I can use both no need to uninstall Opera browser. Just change default browser to ex. Chrome.

My Civil ID expired 09/20, but I renewed it on Sept 14. On 09/24, my ATM cash withdrawal was declined, and the mobile app flagged my Civil ID as expired. Attempting to update it via Kuwait Mobile ID failed to sync with the Gulf Bank app. Customer service insisted on a branch visit instead of escalating the issue. The API handshake between Kuwait Mobile ID and Gulf Bank is broken. Please escalate this technical glitch to your IT team and update my ID remotely customers should not be forced

Worst service, worst security, worst app, worst bank. One time otp came to my old mobile number. Another transaction otp comes to my new mobile nember. If I ask they are telling it's a system error. They are telling me to go to bank and update my new number. They don't know the consequences... In gulf bank security is very risk. The same like one of my friend not doing any transaction. Around 600kd debited from his account through online unauthorized transaction. 500 words not enough....

I had a very bad experience since I have an account in gulf bank we get a lot of calls from scammers. Compare to other banks it doesn't provide good services also.
