I replaced my old phone and gun vault data would not transfer. I had the data backed up on a PC and an SD card. But when I installed gun Vault pro on the new phone it would not pick up the data. I can see the files, but there is no way to make the app read them. Tried to contact support but got no response. So now I have to reenter all the data in a new app. I used the app for two years before getting the new phone, so there is a lot of data that is now useless. Extremely disappointed.
